Our Authentication Process

01 — Initial Sourcing Review
Every item undergoes a preliminary review of its source, available history, and supporting information before entering our authentication review. Any concerns or inconsistencies must be resolved before the piece proceeds.

02 — Expert Physical Inspection
Our specialists examine each piece in detail, including its materials, construction, hardware, stitching, and lining. Where applicable, stamps, date codes, and serial numbers are checked against verified reference standards for the brand and collection.

03 — Provenance & Documentation
Where available, we review original receipts, care booklets, and accompanying packaging, including boxes and dust bags. Supporting documentation is photographed and archived as part of the item's record.

04 — Certificate of Authenticity
Every item sold by UN ATELIER is accompanied by a receipt issued by our team. It records the item and confirms that the piece has passed our full authentication review.
