Our Authentication Process
01 — Initial Sourcing Review
Every item is carefully sourced and subjected to a preliminary review before it enters our authentication pipeline. Items with incomplete provenance or inconsistent documentation are rejected at this stage.
02 — Expert Physical Inspection
Our specialists examine each piece in detail — hardware, stitching, lining, stamps, date codes, serial numbers, materials, and construction — against verified reference standards for each brand and collection.
03 — Provenance & Documentation
Where available, we verify accompanying documentation including original receipts, dust bags, boxes, and care booklets. All documentation is photographed and archived as part of the item's record.
04 — Certificate of Authenticity
Every item sold by UN ATELIER is accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity issued by our team. This certificate documents the item's key identifiers and confirms it has passed our full authentication review.
