Absolutely. At L’ATELIER, we offer only 100% authentic designer pieces. We source our items exclusively through our trusted European network, ensuring you receive genuine luxury merchandise that meets the highest standards.

How come your prices are lower than retail?

Our pricing is lower because we secure our pieces through Europe’s trusted outlets, exclusive designer sample access, and private networks. This allows us to offer the same authentic designer items at significantly better prices than retail.

How do you verify the authenticity of your items?

Every piece goes through a strict multi-step authentication process before it reaches you. Our team works closely with our trusted European partners and performs our own final verification to ensure each item meets the highest standards of authenticity, quality, and condition.

Only items that pass our full inspection are shipped to our clients.

 


Shipping and delivery

How long is processing?

Processing times can range from 0 to 11 days.

How can I track my order?

Once your package has been shipped, you will receive an email or text message containing the tracking number of your order.

 

Exchanges and Returns

Can I return or exchange an item?

We accept requests for returns and exchanges within 30 days of the order date. If your request is accepted, item(s) must be shipped back within 5 days of approval. All items must show no signs of wear and be returned in their original packaging.

Can you obtain items that aren't listed on the website?

Yes, kindly provide us with the model and size, and we will make every effort to promptly acquire it for you.

 

Size

Can you help me find the right sizing? 

Yes, any questions regarding the size of the models sold, do not hesitate to contact our team via the chat or at support@unatelier.store.   

I wear a half size but I only see whole sizes should I go up or down to the nearest whole size?

If you wear a half size you should go UP to the nearest whole size.


I couldn't find my size here. Is it possible to acquire it?

Kindly provide us with the model and size, and we will make every effort to promptly acquire it for you.

Do you have a shop or showroom?

We are currently in the process of developing one; it's not available just yet.

Where are you located?

We operate exclusively online, without a brick-and-mortar storefront. Our warehouses are strategically positioned in Italy, France, and Spain.

What does Un Atelier mean?

"Un Atelier" translates to "A Studio" or "A Workshop" in French. However, for us, it represents much more. It embodies the timeless elegance of French haute couture and the artistry and refinement of a premier fashion house, reflecting our commitment to luxury and craftsmanship.
